My interaction with GA provoked me to write this post.
For GA, singing and getting an album of her songs is a passion. She has good voice and converses well in three languages of English, Telugu and Hindi. Her disappointment is her marriage (arranged) two and half of years back that has reached the stage of final break up as her hubby though initially agreed to leave her to achieve her goal subsequently started restricting her activities that made her feel that she is cheated. Two days back, she attempted suicide by cutting her arteries in her right hand. She can be taken as a Creative person with a passion for singing. She talks of her desire to be independent to pursue her goals. She despairs that she has no kith or kin to support her and she is in a helpless condition. Now what troubles me is that how every creative person (be a singer-artiste-writer-movie star-TV anchors) who desires to be a celebrity has a ruined marriage and finally ends up nowhere. How cruel is their fate !! Could it be because they can experience unbridled freedom once they come out of their marital chains?
